Could we be on the verge of losing two Neighbours in the space of a week? One of them may be set to join their fellow Neighbours in the sky, with Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) on the verge of death and Levi (Richie Morris) staring down the barrel of a rifle.
Because he can’t leave well enough alone, Freya’s (Phoebe Roberts) enigmatic background may be the thing that kills him. Despite learning of her deception, Levi is unable to abandon her, and his pursuit of the truth puts him in danger. Levi is in danger because of whatever she’s looking for.
He’s gazing down the barrel of a rifle wielded by a crazy job in this very perilous location. This guy, whatever he is, is fresh out of jail and has gotten himself too involved in whatever he’s doing. He has no intention of returning to prison, and if Levi continues to stand in his way, he will do whatever it takes. Either Levi will let him go or this man will. With no one to turn to for assistance and no method to ask for support, Levi decides to take matters into his own hands. Is he going to perish at the hands of this stranger?
Levi’s near-death experience has put his family on edge. They implore him to let Freya go since she is dangerous and could cost him his life. But she’s got under his skin, and he’s on the verge of being duped into assisting her in her search for Gareth.
The Cannings are devastated to learn of this, and he runs the prospect of being disowned by his family. But he can’t walk away knowing she requires assistance to ensure her safety. However, as they approach closer to the prize, Levi becomes distracted by a lead that leads him to some shady sellers. For the copper, things are becoming more perilous. Will he recognise the threat before it’s too late?
Scenes will begin airing on Channel 5 on Monday, February 21.
