In forthcoming episodes of Neighbours, Freya Wozniak will consider a major decision, as Levi Canning battles to forgive her after her shocking confession.
Freya (Phoebe Roberts) and David Tanaka (Takaya Honda), hospital coworkers, have been consumed by guilt since they decided not to treat Freya’s violent ex-boyfriend Gareth Bateman’s (Jack Pearson) injuries during the River Bend trip, and their dissatisfaction has been exacerbated by the fact that a mystery blackmailer has been sending them anonymous threatening notes demanding money.
This week (at UK speed), the pressure becomes too much for Freya and David, and they confess everything to hospital chief Clive Gibbons (Geoff Payne).
Following Clive’s involvement with the law, police officer Levi (Richie Morris) can’t believe what he’s learnt and warns that getting past Freya’s lies will be difficult.
Freya brings Levi a peace offering in scenes airing later this month in the UK and in May in Australia, as she tries to make amends.
Levi, on the other hand, feels deceived by all of her falsehoods and refuses to listen to her. He realizes that she has caused him nothing but stress and sorrow after reflecting on their relationship, and he realizes that he simply cannot forgive her.
His comments break Freya’s heart, but Levi is more determined than ever to move on from her.
As Freya and David’s anxieties about their futures continue to rise, David’s husband Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) tries to keep things in perspective. Aaron gets Freya work at The Shed and arranges for David to meet with Clive to support the couple, who are both facing job losses.
Freya begins to seriously consider leaving Erinsborough and going to Echuca to live with her family after Aaron’s well-laid plans fall through.
It appears that more than optimism will be required to get Freya and David out of the mess they’ve created, but will Freya decide that it’s all too much and that she needs to leave Ramsay Street?
