Tim Franklin, a former star of Home and Away, and his partner recently gave birth to a girl.
Franklin, who portrayed Colby Thorne from 2018 to 2021, announced the wonderful news on Instagram by announcing the birth of his daughter, Billie van Franklin, in March.
