Sam Frost, a former star of Home and Away, has decided on a name for her newborn child.
The 33-year-old revealed specifics about her pregnancy on The Morning Show on Tuesday. She is having her first child with fiancé Jordie Hansen.
She revealed to broadcasters Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies that she asked her niece for help before settling on the ideal name for her baby boy.
“I questioned Olive, my niece. She responded when I asked her, “What names do you like.”
She has decided on the name, so. And I truly believe that we will follow through.
The former Bachelor and Bachelorette contestant wouldn’t reveal the name she had chosen but seems content with her choice.
I clearly am not informing anyone. She hoped Olive could maintain her silence. But still, when she said the name, I thought, “Gee, that’s a good name.”
Sam revealed she had puked on the journey from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney to conduct the interview. She also talked openly about her health throughout her pregnancy.
She exclaimed, “I had a vomit bag and was throwing up all over.”
You wouldn’t believe how understanding people are when pregnant women vomit on a plane. So, excluding that, it’s been wonderful.
Fans were shocked when Sam and Jordie, both 26 and dating for less than a year, revealed they were expecting a child in September.
They shared a picture of themselves holding up a sonogram on Instagram.
“There is a tiny human on the way…” Everyone should pretend shocked when he unavoidably gets his parents’ peculiar sense of humour, Sam said in the description.
She previously stated that while she was “enjoying having boobs for the first time in my life,” she missed “sashimi and red wine” while she was pregnant.
The soap star shared a picture of herself last Wednesday on Instagram while wearing a red bikini and shorts and exploring Mothar Mountain Rock Pools on the Sunshine Coast.
She climbed across the rocks with her hair in a low bun and the shorts pushed up to her waist to cover her growing belly.

The Hell’s Kitchen alum claimed in the past that she started experiencing pregnancy symptoms at six weeks and that her “mental health drastically deteriorated” after that.
Sam said, “I became severely ill, throwing up all the time, with extreme tiredness, and I was bedridden for two months.”
Sam and Jordie dated for about five months before getting engaged in July.
