Clancy, the daughter of Home and Away actress Lynne McGranger, wed her fiancé Luke Dickson.
On Tuesday, Lynne, 70, posted a priceless picture of the two together on her daughter’s special day to Instagram to announce the wonderful news.
Prior to heading down the aisle, the 32-year-old Clancy, who is dressed in a magnificent Diane Lewis Couture gown, is examined by the Sydney native with a focused gaze.
Preparing my infant daughter for her special day. Amazing styling and gorgeous dress,” she said next to the image.
Many of Lynne’s famous acquaintances congratulated Clancy right away on getting married.
Ada Nicodemou, Lynne’s Home and Away co-star, raved, saying, “What a beautiful photo and beautiful day.”
Rhonda Burchmore, a veteran of musical theatre, added, “Beautiful x.”
Clancy is the only kid that Lynne and her husband of thirty years, Paul McWaters, have together.
Clancy and Luke got engaged in October of last year, according to Lynne’s Instagram post.
We are overjoyed for our lovely daughter and her wonderful fiancé on their engagement. Lynne captioned her image, “We love you both so much.”
Since 1993, Lynne has played Irene Roberts on Home and Away, replacing actress Jacquy Phillips in the part.
Irene Roberts was initially intended to be a recurring character, but soon after Lynne started, she was elevated to regular cast.
One of the Australian soap’s longest-running stars is the seasoned actress.
Clancy, who frequently joined Lynne as an extra on Home and Away, seemed poised to follow in her mother’s career path.
