In emotional scenes airing over the coming days, Eden stubbornly refuses to leave the bedside of her new boyfriend Tim Russell after he’s admitted to hospital.
Tim is left in a coma and faces an uncertain future after being attacked in mysterious circumstances during Lyrik’s rehearsal retreat.
Eden’s ex-fiancé Cash is the prime suspect in the case, as he was found with blood on his hands at the scene of the crime.
Next week, Abigail promises Cash that she’ll keep a close eye on Eden at the hospital.
Abigail’s reassurances come as Cash fears that Tim and Eden are both vulnerable targets.
By this point, Cash has experienced a flashback and remembers that Tim’s dangerous former client Nerida Mullins carried out the attack.
Nerida still poses an active threat, but Cash struggles to convince the police to take his claims seriously.
As Abigail catches up with Eden at the hospital, she notes how her older sibling is devoting all of her time to Tim.
Eden sets the record straight over this, admitting to Abigail that she’s not doing it because she loves Tim.
Instead, Eden wants to make sure that Tim wakes up so that he can finally resolve the attack mystery and clear Cash’s name. It’s clear that Cash is Eden’s main focus and the man she still loves.
