Ada Nicodemou, a star of Home and Away, remembered the embarrassing incident when she accidentally shared a lewd photo to the wrong group chat.
The actress said yesterday during an appearance on 2DAY FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin that she unintentionally forwarded the lewd photo shot during a magazine photo shoot to her son’s soccer team parents group chat rather than her manager for approval.
The 46-year-old actress said on live, “You’ve got to see the photo to appreciate how awful this is.
So, a while back, I created a cover for Stellar and sent it to my manager, Claire, to see if she approved. And it’s very risqué. Similarly, boobs are in. Midriff, like the whole thing, you know?
Nicodemou checked her phone and noticed her error after not hearing back from her manager.
“I sent it out, and I was wondering why she hadn’t responded,” she recounted. I get to my phone the following morning and I’m like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I messaged the group chat with it. However, I sent it not only to mothers, but also to fathers and my ex-husband, and absolutely no one reacted.
In a subsequent communication, Nicodemou claimed, she apologised for her error and explained that the picture was actually intended for her manager rather than the group. She said, “Still no response.”
Erin Molan, the anchor, said, “Everyone thinks you did it on purpose,” to which Nicodemou responded, “Everyone hates me. But the mothers, like the mothers, despise me.
No answer is a good thing, according to her Home And Away co-star Emily Symons, who was a guest on the show alongside veteran performer Lynne McGranger.
She made a joke, “Well, imagine if all the dads started putting flames.”
