In light of a troubling new trailer, Home and Away viewers are eager to see what will happen to actor James Stewart’s character Justin Morgan.
The adored character was seen in a severe state, and Ada Nicodemou’s character, Leah, was seen anxiously awaiting his recovery.
Leah was seen in the teaser sitting at a funeral, giving supporters hope that Justin might not emerge from his coma.
Leah was also advised to “prepare for the worst” by Dr. Bree (Juliet Godwin).
Stewart, 47, has talked about the anxious moment and bringing the scenes to life amid the excitement around the plot.
One of the most fulfilling storylines I’ve had to shoot for Home and Away has been this one after Justin and Leah are abducted. And it’s still not done,” Stewart stated to 7Life.
“Ada Nicodemou’s portrayal in this narrative is incredibly compelling and potent. The entire trip seemed to resemble a film shoot. It was really unique.
Following the release of the preview for the upcoming episode, people have expressed their worries about Justin on social media.
One fervent supporter exclaimed, “Don’t you dare die Justin Morgan!”
Another wrote, “You’re crying, not me.
What, wait? NOOOOO,” a commenter said.
“They cannot be eliminating Justin? Of course,” inquired a second.
Another fan said, “I hope Justin makes it through; they are the cutest couple.”
Ada and James had previously discussed filming the plot on The Morning Show following the initial kidnapping of their respective characters.
The plot has Leah (Ada) and Justin (James) winning a lavish vacation and getting ready to enjoy the time of their life; however, they are abducted and held captive for days without access to food, water, or plumbing.
Leah was able to free herself after Justin had a serious accident while trying to flee, and she approached a passing car for assistance.
Justin was left in a coma but the couple was saved.
Ada taunted the hosts by saying, “I’ve said to the writers that’s it, from now on I can only look glamorous,” and that she “hated” the grime and makeup needed for these sequences.
“No, but you know, it was really great shooting this because for weeks on end, it was just the two of us, so it felt like we were doing a movie.”
