In forthcoming scenes, Felicity Newman from Home and Away will devise a risky strategy as she grows more determined than ever to find the person who attacked her.
Felicity recently encountered a distressing incident when her drink was spiked at the Battle of the Bands event, and after she passed out, she was sexually attacked by an unidentified person.
Australian viewers have also saw Felicity borrow $10,000 from her brother Cash after getting a horrifying ransom demand from the attacker, who threatened to reveal a video of the crime if she didn’t provide the money.
Felicity will decide that enough is enough and devise a hazardous plan to catch her attacker in scenes that will air this week in Australia and in a few weeks in the UK. She wants to take matters into her own hands.
The Felicity actress Jacqui Purvis stated to TV Week that Flick doesn’t want to repeat her tragedy and believes that calling the police will only make it worse. She’s ashamed to the point of fearing the cops won’t take her seriously.
Unfortunately for Felicity, the villain raises their demand for cash and says that they now want $20,000 – and if they don’t get it, they’ll post the footage of her assault online. This happens just as she has the money from Cash to pay off the assailant.
Tane Parata, Felicity’s husband, is unaware that Flick is still in touch with the assailant. He thinks the pair called the person’s bluff regarding the video after they decided to disregard the ransom demands.
Tane is unaware that his wife has already provided her blackmailer with a meeting time and location as a response to their exchange. But she has a plan, and she will trick them by hiding a bag filled with phoney cash for them to find.
The following morning, when Tane awakens, his wife has left him a note stating that she won’t “be a victim anymore” and pleading with him not to hate her. Tane is immediately terrified, especially after frantically trying to call her and failing to reach her.
According to flick, only she can stop the extortion and catch the offender, Jacqui claimed. She makes a plan and promises to leave the money in a safe location. He is unaware that she would be waiting for him to pick up the false cash and is prepared to shoot pictures. I’m hoping that’ll be enough to get him.”
Felicity drives to a vacant parking lot, drops the bag of false currency into a wheelie bin, and then goes back to her vehicle to wait. She settles into her chair and waits frantically for the unidentified assailant to show up.
Will they appear, and if so, what will Felicity do if she runs into them again?
