Tori (Penny McNamee) has completed a panel interview via video call for her dream job in London, and Christian (Ditch Davey) is anxiously looking for a place to call home while she waits for the final decision. Tori, on the other hand, tells him to hold off because she hasn’t even gotten the job yet.
Tori is anxiously checking her phone every few minutes as the two are stuck in limbo. It rings in the Diner early in the morning, and Christian thinks it’s London, but it’s really a vacancy for a wedding location Tori has been looking for.
Christian lays Grace down for a nap at home, and while he’s gone, Tori receives the email she’s been waiting for: she’s been offered the position in London, and the pair rejoices as they begin to plan their new life together on the other side of the globe.
Tori contacts her new boss to go over the specifics, but she hangs up looking unsure. Christian inquires as to what is wrong, and she responds that the task will begin much sooner than she thought – in two weeks! Christian thinks they can be ready, but Tori claims she already informed the boss.
Tori wonders how she will be able to tie up her life in the Bay in just a few weeks as the pair walks down the Pier. She’s not only leaving friends and family behind, but she’s also abandoning Justin (James Stewart) – and they only have a week to plan the wedding!
Will they be able to pull it off, or should they abandon London before their dream really begins?
