Neighbours teen Zara Selwyn disappears after fire suspicion escalates

Zara Selwyn, a teen from Neighbours, has gone missing after the Erinsborough High fire drama.

Zara (Freya Van Dyke) is the main suspect in a recent fire at the local school, but viewers know that it was her disruptive classmates Aubrey Laing and Sadie Rodwell who were the real perpetrators.

Zara’s problems grew worse on Thursday’s show on Channel 5, as the police interrogated her in the station.

Zara revealed to all of her recent misbehaviour, including setting off the fire alarm at school and stealing a pendant purchased for Mackenzie Hargreaves by Hendrix Greyson (Ben Turland) (Georgie Stone).

The schoolgirl maintained her innocence in the wake of a recent run of fires in Erinsborough, but was unhappy that no one appeared to believe her.

When Aubrey (Etoile Little) and Sadie (Emerald Chan) used false claims against Zara to protect themselves, the case against her was reinforced.

Due of the increasing evidence against Zara, even her own mother Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton) began to doubt her innocence.

As Amy began to prepare for the possibility of Zara being transferred to juvenile jail, she was taken aback when she discovered her daughter had vanished.

Zara left Number 30 without her phone and a troubling note, which alluded to her fragile mental state. Amy and Ryan Moloney’s character, Toadie, were both concerned about the situation.

Meanwhile, Mackenzie, who had been caught in the fire, had recovered consciousness in the hospital.

Mackenzie, who was anticipated to make a good recovery, alerted Hendrix to the possibility that Zara was not the perpetrator.

Is Zara going to be located, and if so, will her name be cleared?
