Home and Away star Jodi Gordon steps out with male companion for a Sydney Harbour walk in the Rocks – after opening up about rehab stint and her career comeback

Jodi Gordon, a model and actress, went for a walk on Thursday while accompanied by a man.

Alongside the unidentified male, the 37-year-old former Home and Away star pounded the ground at Sydney Harbor’s The Rocks.

Dressed head to toe in all-black sportswear, complete with a STAX cap and a black jumper tied across her shoulders, Jodi looked better than ever.

The brunette wore her long hair out and tucked behind her pinafore to show off her toned biceps.

She held a takeaway coffee in one hand, a black handbag over one shoulder, a set of drop earrings, and black sunglasses as accessories.

As they both endured the warm weather, her walking companion was observed pulling off his own grey jumper.

As she prepares for her significant career comeback for next year, the actress recently told Daily Mail Australia that she is dedicated to maintaining her sobriety.

Upon being questioned about her recent sobriety, she responded, “I feel pretty fantastic. I take each day as it comes and try to act in a way that is healthy for both my body and mind.

The mother of one, who is living life to the fullest after finishing a 30-day recovery programme at a Sydney clinic earlier this year, adding that ‘mental health is a key part of looking after myself today, as well as physical fitness’.

Jodi is anticipating some interesting new endeavours for the coming year now that her health and wellness are back on track.

I recently received an acting agent after a long absence. I’m really happy to get back into acting, she exclaimed.

“It was extremely wonderful to go back and do the Neighbours finale,” said the actor, “but just generally speaking, acting, I’m really interested to see what possibilities present themselves.”

She claimed she was determined to ‘taking after myself and enjoying what I have in life’.

Jodi was admitted to a 30-day alcohol addiction treatment programme earlier this year, but she is now on the road to recovery after adopting a better way of life.

Between 2012 and 2015, Jodi was wed to Braith Anasta, a former NRL player. Daughter Aleeia, who is eight years old, is a child of the former spouse.
