Felicity decides to act honourably and declares that she will put Harper and Mac straight after hearing Remi’s words echo in her head. She goes up to Harper first and apologises sincerely. Felicity responds that it’s none of her business if Harper is romantically involved with Tane, despite Harper’s fast observation to the contrary. The first apology on the tour was successful since they’re alright.
It’s Mackenzie’s next. Felicity confides in her friend how upset she is about their argument and expresses her gratitude that Mac is okay after having a heart attack. Felicity even musters the bravery to ask Tane for her wedding photo back, and Mac accepts the apologies as well.
Later, concerned about the possibility of experiencing another SCAD episode, Mackenzie stays up late looking through doomsday websites. When she wakes up the next morning with chest pain, it appears she might be right to be concerned. She knocks on Tane’s door and tells him to call for help since she’s having a heart attack again.
Eden is also attempting to mend fences with Cash in the meanwhile; she wasn’t supposed to take her brother’s problems out on her partner. Cash offers going away for a few days without Eden, which depresses Eden. Since his suspension, they’ve been spending a lot of time together, so he figures they might need some time apart.
Subsequently, Eden says that they only need to do things differently, not spend less time together. Recognising that he wouldn’t want to leave her behind, Cash says he wouldn’t want to spend a day apart.
In another scene, Justin senses Leah’s absence and feels guilty for not realising her mental health was declining. Alf comforts him, asking how he could have known that Leah was being victimised if she hadn’t? Later, Kirby comes to see Justin to help him decompress. However, when they are searching through song lyrics, Justin discovers the item that Theo and she were intending to give him as a surprise at the wedding. With obvious emotion, Justin requests to keep the music playing.
That evening, while he lies in bed restless, Justin grabs for the lyrics. The next morning, he makes Kirby an offer: they should collaborate to finish the song.
