As Dean (Patrick O’Connor) recovers from the Farm House catastrophe, he receives a call from his son, Jai (River Jarvis), asking when he may come visit.
Dean is evasive, but Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) pushes him to bring Jai over to them as soon as possible as he quits up the phone. Dean, on the other hand, is doubtful and won’t say why he’s reluctant.
Ziggy begins to wonder whether it has something to do with her and offers to call Amber (Madeleine Jevic) to help.
Dean, on the other hand, claims it’s his problem: he doesn’t feel confidence in being the father he wants his kid to see. However, Ziggy claims that his son just wants to see his father, so Dean gives in.
Later, Ziggy is overjoyed to learn that Jai will be arriving, but her heart sinks when Dean informs her that he will be at the home in a matter of hours. Ziggy realises he has a lot to do before Jai arrives, so he keeps himself occupied until the visitor arrives.
Jai is full of questions for his father at first, but his attitude changes when he sees Ziggy. To Ziggy’s dismay, she overhears his Dad asking why she has to be there as soon as she exits the room.
Ziggy tries her hardest to win Jai over, but he continues to treat her suspiciously. Dean explains that Amber failed to inform Jai about their reconciliation, and Ziggy finally makes the choice to leave the house so that Dean and Jai may spend time together without her…
