What’s next in Summer Bay?

Coming up on Home and Away, the net is closing in on Beau and Sonny’s illegal operation after the police receive a tip-off from Remi.

Elsewhere, Levi fears he’s been left with life-changing injuries, and a newcomer with a connection to Marilyn arrives in Summer Bay.

It’s life or death for Levi

Cash and Mali abseil down the cliff face to reach Levi and discover his arm has been trapped underneath a huge boulder.

While Mali desperately tries to call for help, Levi panics when he sees his fingers are turning blue.

Knowing time is running out, Levi orders Cash to roll the boulder off, even if that means breaking his arm in the process.

2. Sonny and Dana get engaged

Sonny is shocked when Dana reveals she was planning to pop the question.

He admits he would have said yes and when Dana asks again, Sonny is quick to accept.

The newly-engaged couple head to Salt to share their news, but the happy mood is interrupted when Sonny receives a text from a client wanting drugs.

3. Levi is rushed to hospital

Back on the cliff edge, Cash uses all his might to move the boulder as Levi screams in agony and then passes out from the pain.

Moments after successfully freeing Levi’s arm, Cash is relieved to hear the sound of a rescue chopper overhead.

Levi is transported straight to Northern Districts Hospital, while Mali calls Mackenzie to let her know what’s happened.

4. Levi’s future is in doubt

Mac, Eden and Abigail arrive at the hospital, where Cash explains that Levi is undergoing X-rays and scans to determine the extent of the damage.

Mac initially blames Cash for what happened, but Levi explains that it was either his hand or his life.

Reality bites when Amelia shows Levi the x-ray of his hand and he realises he may never be able to perform surgery again.

5. David friend-zones Amelia

The atmosphere remains awkward between David and Amelia as a romance between the pair now seems unlikely.

David attempts to clear the air and explains to Amelia that he’s not ready for a relationship because he’s still deeply in love with his late wife.

They agree to be friends, but Amelia tells Leah she may not be sticking around in Summer Bay for much longer.

6. David returns to work

David’s first day back at work gets off to a tricky start, but Cash promises Jo and Lacey that he will do what he can to help.

When Lacey later rocks up at the station to check in, David is furious to realise Cash has been keeping tabs on him.

David threatens to put his officer on night duty for six months, so Cash backs off, secretly glad to have the old Sarge back.

7. Marilyn receives a surprise visitor

In need of a distraction, David decides to take on the case of a newly-released convict called Zane Talbot.

Zane has been behind bars for the past decade and it soon transpires that Marilyn has been writing to him as a prison pen pal.

Later, Zane arrives at the Diner, needing Marilyn’s help to find somewhere to live. Marilyn asks Alf if he would consider renting out his caravan, but he’s reluctant given Zane’s criminal history.

8. Remi issues Sonny an ultimatum

Harper throws a party to celebrate Sonny and Dana’s engagement, and a suspicious Remi tries to find out more about Beau’s connection to his friend.

Soon it’s time for speeches, but Sonny is paralysed with guilt over lying to Dana and can’t find the words.

Remi has seen enough and issues Sonny an ultimatum – sort this out, or he will report him to the cops for steroid dealing.

9. Beau assaults Harper

Beau’s jealousy rears its ugly head when he witnesses Harper talking to Remi at the party.

He confronts Harper, accusing her of spending all night chatting up ‘that millionaire guy’.

Harper stands up to Beau the following morning, but is left shaken when he loses his temper and slaps her across the face.

10. Remi tips the police off

With Sonny refusing to ‘fess up, Remi tells Cash that he believes illegal drugs are being sold at Summer Bay Fit.

Remi refuses to implicate his friend, but Cash’s suspicions are raised when he realises how much time Sonny has been spending at the gym.

The police obtain a warrant to search the premises – are Sonny and Beau going to be busted?

11. Beau pleads for forgiveness

Fearing Archie could be in danger, Harper asks Tane if he can look after their son for another day.

Afterwards she returns to Beau, who grovels for forgiveness and begs Harper to help him change.

But Harper is left with a tough choice to make when Cash arrives and takes Beau to the station for questioning over the alleged drugs at the gym.

12. Sonny fears it’s game over

Cash is forced to let Beau go after the police fail to find any evidence of steroids at the gym.

Remi realises Sonny must have got to the drugs first and confronts him.

But Sonny is more hurt by Remi’s betrayal and fears it’s only a matter of time before the police work out who is involved.

13. Tane confronts Sonny

Beau gaslights Harper into believing his anger issues are her fault and suggests they get out of town so she can work on herself.

Tane arrives to speak to Beau but Harper doesn’t want a scene in front of Archie and orders him to leave.

Tane then heads to the gym and demands answers from Sonny. Will his conscience get the better of him?
