When Zara Selwyn (Freya Van Dyke) kisses Hendrix Greyson (Ben Turland), he is taken aback; has the tearaway adolescent gone too far this time?
Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) passes out and is brought to the hospital, Leo Tanaka (Tim Kano) makes a life-changing decision, and Levi Canning (Richie Morris) is terrified for his life.
Here are all of your Neighbours spoilers for the week of February 21st to February 25th, 2022.
Hendrix is kissed by Zara
Zara has done herself no favours since moving in with Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton), riling up the neighbourhood with her cocky teen antics, being the laziest employee Harold’s Cafe has ever seen, causing chaos at school, leaving her mother for dead, and even being rude to Jane Harris (Annie Jones) – which may be even worse.
As she faces allegations following the Erinsborough High fire (she maintains her innocence), mischievous Zara goes too far when she misinterprets Hendrix’s concern for something more and stuns him with a passionate kiss. In Amy’s opinion, this is the final straw, and she wonders if it’s time to send her kid back to Cairns. Goodbye, old friend!
Glen and Terese are becoming closer
Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou) is in a funk after allowing Paul to pull the wool over her eyes for the umpteenth time, and she can’t seem to shake it. Glen Donnelly (Richard Huggett), concerned for his sister-in-law but possibly recognising an opportunity to grow closer, jumps in to help cheer her up. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa,
Glen offers paintballing as a means to cheer Terese up, and it proves to be a huge success. Terese lets her hair down, forgetting about her problems, though putting Paul out of her mind for an entire day proves more difficult than she anticipated. And her conflicted feelings for her ex are going to be put to the test once more…
Is Paul going to make it?
Paul’s health deteriorates – and this time it’s for genuine, with no paid doctor diagnosing fictitious ailments to garner pity from Terese. Nobody believes he’s very ill, and when he collapses with no one there to aid, the wolf returns to bite Paul.
Glen, of all people, discovers his brother in distress and rushes him to the hospital, where it becomes evident that he isn’t doing it for the attention this time. Terese is divided about whether she should be at Paul’s side as he fights for his life, and ultimately decides it’s time to let go of her marriage and leave Paul to his fate… Is he going to die alone?
Abigail is returned to Leo
When David Tanaka (Takaya Honda) and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) begin the formal process of becoming Abigail’s legal guardians, Leo realises it’s too late to reverse his mind – even if he wanted to. Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly) notices Leo’s apprehension and gives him a wake-up call, motivating him to fight for his daughter.
Aaron and David are heartbroken that they must return Abby, so Leo and Abby are reunited, but not everyone is happy. Az is especially enraged, blaming Chloe for swaying Leo’s decision and forcing him to lose Abigail for the second time. Will the shattered family be able to withstand the newest emotional roller coaster?
