She has a reputation for being a style chameleon.
Melissa George nailed mod chic at the Foire Internationale d’Art Contemporain, Paris’s main art market, on Wednesday at the Grand Palais Ephemere.
The former Home and Away star wore a leather jacket with a black turtleneck sweater and opaque tights, and slingback shoes from the 1960s.
The actress wore her red locks in a plait and carried a crocodile skin luxury purse.
Melissa, 45, also wore very little makeup on her face to show off her remarkably young and line-free appearance.
Raphael, six, and Solal, four, are the former soap star’s two boys, who reside with her in Paris.
Melissa was enraged in 2012 when Larry Emdur and Kylie Gillies of The Morning Show aired snippets of her soap star days and quizzed her about her time on Home And Away.
According to News Corp, the actress threatened to walk off set if her experience on Home And Away was brought up.
‘She kept claiming it was insulting to speak about it since she’d had so many bigger parts since Home And Away – she even claimed she’d send Seven an invoice because she accidentally promotes it through the media,’ a source told The Daily Telegraph.
Melissa spoke up about the event in an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald, stating that she wouldn’t be returning to Australia for a long due to the stress she had received from local media interviews.
‘I don’t need my country’s credibility any longer; all I need is for everyone to remain silent.’ Please don’t speak to me any longer if they have nothing intelligent to say,’ she pleaded.
‘I’d rather be walking my French bulldog in New York City or eating a croissant and a cup of coffee in Paris.’
