Erika Heynatz of Home and Away has made a hefty profit after selling a rental home in one of Sydney’s most coveted neighbourhoods.
According to Realestate.com, the 48-year-old actress and model received $1.14 million for her apartment in Potts Point, a suburb of the metropolis.
Erika’s top floor unit in the 11-story residential building The Chimes was purchased by Melbourne developer Time & Place.
The higher storey studios provide breathtaking floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking bay views.
Inside, the practical layout and ample cooking space are highlights.
The developer reportedly planned to spend an estimated $85 million for the entire purchase and began buying up the block three years ago.
They have so far purchased 75% of the flats in the building for prices ranging from $650,000 to $2,063,000.
Hugo Stossel designed the apartment building made of blonde brick, which was finished in 1965.
The skyscraper, which was 3.2 kilometres outside the city centre, was well known for its extremely expensive parking spaces, one of which had a staggering 2016 price of $264,000.
Time & Place has already paid a stunning $400,000 for one of the expensive automobile slots.
The Chimes still has 12 flats that need to be sold.
Erika had a successful career as a fashion model before making her one-year appearance on Home and Away in 2015.
With her husband Andrew Kingston, the lanky beauty has a seven-year-old son named Charlie.
They got married in 2007 and recently celebrated 16 years of marriage in March.
