As Justin waits to find out if he will be taken to prison, he bids a final farewell to his life in Summer Bay in the upcoming episode of Home and Away in the UK.
After receiving a court date reminder to determine whether he will go to jail for his assault accusation, Justin (James Stewart) begins to say what might be his last goodbyes.
Theo (Matt Evans) hurries home after receiving a text from Leah (Ada Nicodemou), only for Justin to say he doesn’t want him to go with them to court. He absolutely does not want Theo to witness him being carried away in a police van.
When Justin and Leah stop by the diner, Alf and Irene (Lynne McGranger) both wish Theo the best of luck. It’s an emotional moment for the two as Justin expresses his pride in him.
He might not return to Summer Bay again for a while after this.
When Justin is ultimately given an 18-month intensive correction order to be served in the community, everyone can breathe a sigh of relief. Justin will also have to go through anger management therapy and 500 hours of community service.
Leah reminds Justin that being at home is the most crucial thing as they return to the bay, and Justin is still struggling to process everything.
Leah and Theo each get an apology from Justin, who promises to grow from the situation and become a better person.
Later in the week, Justin has his first session with his counsellor Amanda (Alex Malone), but quickly realises that they aren’t a good fit.
Clearly uncomfortable at the idea of having to talk about his feelings, he struggles to see the point of Amanda trying to “get to know him” when all the information should be in his file.
Will Justin be able to overcome his hesitation to open up as Alex gently points out that she won’t be able to send him off to the counselling sessions with such a judgemental attitude?
