The cast of Home and Away’s Justin Morgan (James Stewart) and Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) are still concerned about missing adolescent Andrew Lawrence (Joshua Hewson) at 1:45 p.m. (see our TV Guide for listings).
After learning that Margot Dafoe (Mandy McElhinney), the woman who passed herself off as Andrew’s mother, tricked them and is a part of the doomsday cult, Justin is desperate to rescue Andrew from the Vita Nova facility!
Before embarking on a rescue operation, Leah implores Justin to use caution.
They are already aware of Margot and Vita Nova’s abilities.
Justin, however, is unyielding and immediately heads towards the compound.
Unfortunately for Justin, his rescue effort takes a DEADLY turn as he becomes the crossbow and arrow’s intended target.
After Leah expresses her concern that Justin may have gone to save Andrew by himself, Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) resolves to look into the situation.
Cash goes to the compound and runs into Margot and Andrew there.
When Margot, a crafty cult leader, learns that Cash lacks a warrant to examine the facility, she takes great pleasure in ordering him around.
Cash departs and informs Leah that Justin and his car are nowhere to be found, but he is not know that Justin is being kept hostage by the cult.
Kate Vella (Ruby Maishman) receives another call from Xander Delaney (Luke Van Os).
Xander’s sister Rose (Kirsty Marillier) and his supervisor Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) are concerned that he is becoming overly engaged with Jamie Chung’s widow.
In the wake of Jamie’s passing, Kate lets Xander know he doesn’t have to continue to be there for her.
However, is this Xander’s strategy for overcoming his survivor’s guilt?
