Home and Away Spoilers – Justin and Leah’s dangerous new housemate

Andrew moves in with Leah and Justin on the UK’s Home and Away next week, but have they given a dangerous person a place to stay?

Little did Justin (James Stewart) know that his recent 500-hour community service term would lead to yet another life-changing incident, as a significant storyline for the Morgan family begins on UK television next week.

Justin was confused when he got home after his first community service project, which involved cleaning out an old property, and discovered a message had been secreted inside his rucksack at some time during the day.

The mysterious individual resided in the home with the “blu letta box,” according to the childish writing, and they were in need of food.

Justin finds the house next door to where he was previously employed when he comes to the street with a packed lunch. When the door remains unanswered, Justin peeks through the window and notices Andrew Lawrence (Joshua Hewson), a teenage kid, dozing off on the floor.

When Justin dials 000, paramedics Aaron (Akkshey Caplash) and Jamie Mk2 (that namebadge was quickly used again!) arrive to help.

Andrew has awakened by the time he is taken to the emergency department at Northern Districts Hospital and is pleading to be released.

Justin has to convince Andrew that they are there to help as he is reminded that he is the man he saw yesterday for whom he had left the note. Andrew flinches as Bree and the team try to shift him from the trolley to a bed and begs them to leave him alone.

Andrew is badly undernourished and dehydrated, as Bree may infer, but he is afraid to speak to her. In the end, Justin is able to get Andrew to at least give his first name, and they subsequently discover out he is 17 years old—despite the fact that he is unaware of his birthday.

As a result, neither Andrew’s medical file nor anything connected to the address he was rescued from can be found by Bree. Bree understands that her only option at this point is to call the police after Andrew made it clear that he shouldn’t be speaking to them and hinted that he wasn’t even allowed to leave the house.

When Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) arrives, Andrew panics even more, and Justin gets an accusing expression as he attempts to persuade Andrew to open up to him as a friend.

Why have you contacted the police? He shouts. You’re not my friend, she said.

Cash struggles to find anything in the police database and remarks that Andrew appears to have been told to keep his lips shut. They will want a warrant to search the home in order to learn more.

Apart from the aforementioned dehydration and malnutrition, Andrew’s blood tests are clear, so Bree informs Justin that there is no need to keep Andrew in the hospital.

Bree is obviously reluctant to send Andrew home alone given the current situation, so she makes contact with a hospital social worker to find out if there are any psychological or welfare concerns that would necessitate keeping him there longer.

They quickly learn that, despite not having any learning problems, Andrew actually possesses the social and academic skills of an 8–9-year–old. He has obviously led an extremely sheltered life.

Justin makes an attempt to bring up the topic with Leah (Ada Nicodemou), as he does not want Andrew to wind up in temporary housing. Andrew can come and stay with them, but Leah interrupts him because she sees where he’s heading.

When Justin brings Andrew back to the house that evening, Leah goes above and above to make him feel at home, but she is a little uneasy about his seeming fearfulness and his looking at her.

Justin urges Andrew to help himself to whatever in the refrigerator because he wants to make sure he has everything he needs, but Andrew says that’s not okay.

Andrew states that he must go to bed after dinner and waits for more instructions after realising it is 8:30 p.m.

He is reassured by Justin that he doesn’t have to ask their permission to leave the space before leaving, and he bids him good night.

Leah is shocked by what she saw that night; she had assumed Justin was exaggerating, and the two of them are left puzzled by the kind of life Andrew has led.

Later that night, as the couple slept, Andrew stood in the doorway of the bedroom and only stared at them.

Who are the guests Justin and Leah have invited, and are they in danger?
