As a bomb is about to go off in Summer Bay, viewers of Home and Away have been speculating about which characters are in risk.
Unaware that it contained explosives, Kirby (Angelina Thomson) last week received a parcel from the dishonest skincare firm Stunning Organics addressed to Marilyn (Emily Symons).
Prior to Leah (Ada Nicodemou) deciding to take it back to the Morgan residence to keep it out of Irene’s (Lynee McGranger) way, the box had been placed in the kitchen of the diner.
Tuesday’s (August 1) episode of the soap opera on Channel 5 featured Marilyn visiting the Morgans to take the box away from Leah.
In another scene in the show, Justin (James Stewart), who had been hit in the leg by an arrow, was being held at the complex.
Andrew (Joshua Hewson), who was able to locate a door key and make a call to police officer Cash (Nicholas Cartwright), came to the rescue.
Armed police surrounded the complex after that, and Margot (Mandy McElhinney), the head of Vita Nova, was ultimately taken into custody for her crimes.
The many previews for the explosive week of episodes said that “the devastating blast will rock the Bay, and one person won’t come home.”
Although Margot appears to be out of the picture, some fans have wondered if Andrew might possibly not come back to the Bay.
One supporter who shared their views said, “I reckon it might be Andrew, and/or his ‘Mum’.”
One more said, “I concur. My initial thought was of Andrew.
However, another person had a different theory, contending that no character will perish.
One spectator hypothesised, “It was a play on words to get people talking.” “There could be many reasons why someone wouldn’t come home…”
Later in the week, Mali (Kyle Shilling) is alerted by Marilyn to the bomb and rushes to save two of his close pals.
