On UK screens next week, Nikau Parata of Home and Away makes a momentous decision, while Bella Nixon makes one final try to mend their damaged relationship.
Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) ruined his relationship with Bella earlier this year by cheating on her, but she has tried to make amends after nearly losing him in a car accident.
Bella (Courtney Miller) leaves a voicemail on Nikau’s phone in the next Channel 5 episodes, asking to meet up.
Ryder Jackson (Lukas Radovich) and Chloe Anderson (Sam Barrett) are both taken aback when Nikau says he won’t reply to the message since he doesn’t see a future with Bella.
Bella refuses to be ignored by Nikau and shows up at his place later.
Bella persists in waiting outside Nikau’s room until he is ready to speak while he continues to ignore her by walking to his room and locking the door.
Nikau ultimately emerges to confront Bella, who want to discuss the possibility of reconciliation.
Bella states that if Nikau rejects her this time, they will be unable to recover.
Despite this, Nikau pushes on a reconciliation, causing Bella to escape once more.
Later, Chloe tells Nikau the truth about how he’s ruining his own happiness.
Chloe is surprised by Nikau’s rejection of Bella, but she is prepared to forgive him for cheating on her.
When Nikau realises that Chloe is correct, he hurries out to see Bella and apologises profusely.
Nikau reveals how much he despised himself for violating Bella’s confidence and why he doubted they could make things work.
The unhappy couple eventually decides to try again, but with so much still to work out, it’s apparent that it won’t be easy.
