Sam Frost, a former Home and Away actress, provided an update after the birth of her kid.
The actress spoke up about having “difficult” pregnancy and welcoming baby Ted in March with her fiance Jordie Hansen.
On Sunday, she admitted to Confidential on Nova radio that she had shocked herself.
To be honest, I am actually a little more at ease than I imagined. “I found pregnancy really difficult and I thought that would perhaps be a reflection on what is going to happen coming up.”
She frequently performs for Ted, according to Frost, who dubbed him a “dream baby”.
She stated, “He is truly a dream baby; he is so cheerful, so laid-back, he laughs constantly, and he thinks I am the greatest person in the world.
He thinks it’s amazing that I always perform for him since he likes it.
The soap opera star opened up about her pregnancy’s difficulties in a blog post she published last year.
Frost revealed that the first trimester of her pregnancy was very difficult for her and that she spent two months bedridden as a result.
“I feel so different from who I once was. Prior to being pregnant, I was in good physical and mental health, had plenty of energy, loved to travel, was financially secure, and laughed nonstop, she stated.
All I can eat right now is bread with Vegemite. I essentially spend the entire day sleeping, only getting up to urinate (often) and wee.
Frost is most known for her role as Home and Away’s Jasmine Delaney, but she also had appearances on seasons 2 of The Bachelor and 1 of The Bachelorette Australia.
