Tori Morgan (played by Penny McNamee) became a big favourite among Home and Away viewers almost immediately after her debut in 2016.
Summer Bay has seen numerous milestones in the fictitious character’s life during the last five years. Tori has seen it all, from a fatal explosion to reproductive issues, a coma, and more love triangles than we can count.
Last month, the doctor married Christian Green (Ditch Davey), and the couple decided to leave the Bay and go to London in search of fresh employment possibilities.
We haven’t digested Penny’s departure despite her decision to leave the position.
We’ve compiled a list of Tori’s most defining and life-changing Summer Bay moments in honour of one of the greatest Home and Away characters of all time.
Tori first met the Bay in 2016 during the caravan park explosion narrative.
A gas bottle was knocked over and ignited when the doctor was attending a fundraiser for the local hospital at the Summer Bay Caravan Park.
Tori instantly began assisting people who had been hurt.
Penny described her character’s reaction as “she sees all these individuals who need care and she simply goes into medical mode.”
Tori had the terrible responsibility of informing Maddy Osborne (Kassandra Clementi) that her wounded arm needed to be amputated back at the hospital.
Tori realises that she feels “at peace” in the Bay after healing the victims of the explosion and intends to settle down there.
In 2018, she chooses to have a child and undergoes reproductive therapy. Tori believes she’s pregnant immediately after Ash’s departure, which kicks off the plot.
“Tori has made no secret of her desire to start a family. She believed she would eventually meet a spouse and they would start a family together. However, a long-term relationship has eluded her thus far, and she has just lately begun to explore IVF “Penny expressed her dissatisfaction with her character’s decision.
Tori wants Robbo (Jake Ryan) to father her child after discovering that there is a significant waiting list for donated sperm at the fertility clinic.
Tori’s plea has “stunned” Robbo, who is further hampered by his connection with Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost).
Tori gives Robbo the option to back out, but he chooses not to.
Tori is heartbroken after a miscarriage, but she is determined to try again as soon as possible.
After weeks in a coma, Tori eventually sees her baby, Grace.
Following the delivery of her kid, the new mother experienced a stroke and fell.
Robbo handed Grace to Tori, but she got upset as she clutched the infant. She claimed the child was not hers and demanded Justin remove the child.
Penny already explained why Tori was upset to TV WEEK. “She’s looking forward to seeing this new baby, but Grace will be six weeks old by then.”
Tori juggles working as a doctor and parenting Grace on her alone following the sad death of Grace’s father, Robbo, in a vehicle accident.
