In a future episode of Neighbours, Hendrix Greyson will be surprised when Zara Selwyn kisses him.
Zara (Freya Van Dyke) has made an enemy in Jane Harris, Erinsborough High School’s acting principle, after getting mixed up with the wrong crowd at school.
Jane has had enough of being taunted and pranked by the pupils, and she resolves to see Zara punished, believing her to be the organiser and the one responsible for the school fire.
Zara will proclaim her innocence to both her mother Amy Greenwood and Jane in tomorrow’s episode, but the grownups are hesitant to believe her because she won’t tell them who was responsible. (It turns out she was attempting to safeguard her new friends Aubrey and Sadie.)
Zara will be supported by Hendrix (Ben Turland) next week as she is cut off from her career and friends, and she realises she is on the verge of losing her entire life in Erinsborough.
Zara then places a kiss on him, fully disregarding his present relationship with Mackenzie, and he is taken aback.
He pulls her away and reminds her that he’s taken, but when Zara begs him not to tell Mackenzie, he’s faced with a difficult dilemma.
Amy (Jacinta Stapleton) comes to the painful realisation that none of her attempts to bring Zara back on track have been successful.
An weary Amy considers returning Zara to Cairns after everything her wayward daughter has put her through.
