Karl Stefanovic made the best of a bad situation on Sunday.
The Today show anchor posted a selfie to Instagram while stuck in a lift.
He was joined by comedian Hamish Blake, 40, and Home and Away star Ray Meagher, 77.
Karl and the two men were dressed in white shirts and bowties following a formal occasion.
They laughed off the danger in the lift.

Karl and Lisa, 62, were spotted in public for the first time since she launched a tell-all book about Channel Nine.
Lisa told The Daily Telegraph, ‘Seeing Karl reminded us of the amazing years we shared together.’
