Home and Away star Sam Frost breaks down as she admits she’s NOT vaccinated and is struggling with her mental health due to the judgement towards unvaxxed Aussies

In a heartbreaking video, Home and Away actor Sam Frost confessed to being unvaccinated.

The 32-year-old actress urged for ‘less judgement’ toward Australia’s unvaccinated population, admitting that her mental health has suffered as a result.

‘I was extremely worried about filming a video or even speaking up about this, but I feel like the world is coming to a place where there’s a lot of division,’ she explained.

‘There’s a lot of harsh judgement and views being tossed about a lot, and it’s definitely affecting my mental health, and I know people around me are hurting, especially if they don’t want to be vaccinated for whatever reason.’

‘There are many various reasons why individuals do not get vaccinated, and it may be because to their medical history, their fears, their family history, or religious beliefs.’

Sam then revealed that she had not been vaccinated, but that she had discussed her decision with both her medical doctor and her psychotherapist.

‘It’s a really terrible moment to be in society right now, and you feel like you’re less of a human, and you feel like others criticise you,’ the actress sobbed.

‘And you’re too afraid to express your thoughts or sentiments, and a part of you wants to go,’ “It’s none of your business why I’m not here! And there are valid reasons for this, and I don’t want you to pass judgement on me “”‘ ‘

She stated that it was critical for the unvaccinated to take care of their mental health, especially when fully vaccinated Australians regain their freedoms.

‘I’m having a lot of trouble with my mental health, but I like to think I’m on top of it.’ I go to a psychologist on a regular basis. So I can’t fathom what it’s like for those who don’t have a support system in place,’ she explained.

Sam then chastised the country’s authorities and urged companies to provide greater assistance to their unvaccinated employees.

“You still matter and are appreciated, and you are not less brilliant or deserving or anything because you made a choice regarding your body,” I wish companies would tell their workers.

‘I wish there were more individuals who helped us feel less alone,’ says one participant.

She also confessed that coming out publicly as unvaccinated may bring her in danger, before asking people to treat one another with greater love and compassion.

It’s unclear whether Sam’s refusal to be vaccinated will have an impact on her job on Home and Away.
