Roo Stewart’s fate will soon be revealed to UK viewers of Home and Away after a horrific explosion recently devastated Summer Bay.
Australian soap opera viewers already know what happens to Georgie Parker’s character, and the UK will learn more about the plot when the show airs on Channel 5 the following week.
After the explosion, which was brought on by a device inside a Stunning Organics box, Roo is taken urgently to the hospital. Unaware of the bomb in the car that was originally intended for Marilyn Chambers after her battle against the dishonest corporation, she and John Palmer had driven off.
In a forthcoming episode, Bree will be seen caring for a hurt Roo at the hospital while being worried by her admission that she is unable to feel her legs.
Bree will take immediate action as soon as Roo’s blood pressure becomes dangerously low, while a tearful Marilyn struggles with her guilt and concern for her buddy.
Irene and Marilyn will stay by Roo’s bedside until they find that she is unable to breathe on her own and must be taken to a specialised facility in the city.
an embittered Kirby is also in the hospital and is regretting his involvement in the struggle against Stunning Organics. She is reassured by Marilyn who claims they weren’t anticipating this outcome.
Later, while Roo undergoes surgery, Marilyn sobs and makes a sad commitment to seek justice for her buddy. Will Roo recover completely?
