She’s fallen in love and had her heart broken in front of the entire nation.
Regardless of how tumultuous Sam Frost’s dating life has become over the years, we’re all obsessed with the attractive Australian TV mainstay finally finding love.
So, who are the lucky – and high-profile – guys who have dated the former All New Monty star in the past?
Continue reading to meet Sam’s ex-girlfriends.
Blake Garvey
Blake Garvey chose Sam Frost in the season two finale of The Bachelor, only to leave her for second runner-up Louise Pillidge shortly after the broadcast aired, quickly becoming Australia’s most despised man. Sam, on the other hand, got the last laugh when the jilted reality star went on to become the country’s first Bachelorette. Meanwhile, in April 2016, Blake and Louise called it quits on their relationship.
Sasha Mielczarek
When Sam Frost chose the ruggedly gorgeous Sasha Mielczarek in The Bachelorette finale in 2015, hearts melted. The fairytale ending, however, was not to last, as they called off their high-profile romance 18 months later.
Michael Turnbull
On The Bachelorette, there were a lot of men vying for Sam’s love. However, it was controversial former soccer player Michael Turnbull who came the closest to winning before losing in the final as runner-up. Unlucky-in-love Later, Michael returned to the franchise for the first season of Bachelor In Paradise, where he continued his hunt for Mrs. Right.
Ritchie Strahan
Ritchie Strahan of The Bachelor competed for Sam’s affections before discovering – and splitting with – Alex Nation. He finished third on The Bachelorette, but his slogan “Cool Bananas” and adorable date with Sam disguised as elderly people will live on forever.
Davey Lloyd
Davey Lloyd, a larrikin who featured on two seasons of Bachelor in Paradise, has become something of a dating show veteran. But it all started on The Bachelorette, where he attempted to impress the future star of Home and Away.
Paul O’Brien
Sam dated former Home and Away star Paul O’Brien in 2011 before appearing on The Bachelor. When Sam was later placed on the same soap, he made a subtle dig by acknowledging that he could understand why certain performers were unhappy with the casting decision. “I can understand the frustration because there are so many actors who are battling just to obtain an agent, just to get noticed,” he remarked.
Dane Rampe
Did they or didn’t they? It was a typical example. Sam reneged on her claim that she was dating Sydney Swans star Dane Rampe in early 2015.
“He’ll definitely be fleeing far, far away,” she acknowledged during an appearance on the Today Show.
“I put my foot in it with Dane, he’s a lovely person, but the whole situation ballooned up into something bigger than it should have been.”
Dave Bashford
Sam said she was dating longtime pal Dave Bashford in mid-2017. For the nearly three years that they were together, the couple kept their relationship pretty quiet, only occasionally posting lovey-dovey photos on Instagram.
Unfortunately, a spokeswoman for Sam revealed the couple had formally split in July 2020.
“The relationship between Sam Frost and Dave Bashford has ended. They’re still great pals “According to the spokesperson.
Jay Bruno
Sam and Jay kept their relationship a secret until he and her younger brother, Alex, participated on Australian Survivor. He explained why they “simply didn’t work” to Sydney Confidential ahead of his appearance on the show.
“It’s definitely difficult because you care about the other person,” he explained, “but people break up all the time and I didn’t want to lead her on so I moved on.” “It’s really easy, I just couldn’t see a future with her.”
Former flames, on the other hand, are still pals.
Sam confessed she’s “casually dating someone” in a recent interview with Stellar, and she openly admitted to dealing with relationship anxiety.
When asked about her mysterious man, she admitted, “I self-sabotage.” “I’ll take a step back and say, ‘I’m just going to leave.’ Before they can damage me, I’ll say, ‘I’m just going to leave.’ I have to be careful of avoiding allowing previous patterns to influence my actions. It’s a form of training. It necessitates a great deal of effort.”
